OpenID Connect provides a metadata endpoint. In the context of SCIM, this endpoint may contain the attribute scim_endpoint.

Note that SCIM Playground does come with a fully operational OAuth Authorization Server and OpenID Identity Provider. Check Get Access for the required credentials.
