Free and Pro both accept create, update, patch, and delete requests through the full SCIM 2.0 API — the core difference is persistence. Free writes go to a shared simulated environment that resets after every request, so nothing you write is kept. Pro writes persist to a real database tied to your own API key, plus unlimited requests and the full SCIM Verify suite for exercising those provisioning operations against your environment. Team gives the same Pro capabilities to more members; it does not add extra features beyond Pro. Your first 3 days of Pro are free.
