Welcome to SCIM Playground (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Service.
1. Free to Use
The service is a free service provided for users to test and demonstrate the System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) protocols. You are welcome to use this Service without charge.
2. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
3. Use for Testing and Demonstration Purposes Only
This Service is intended solely for testing and demonstration purposes. You should not use the Service for any production or commercial activities, or to store, process, or transmit sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information. You acknowledge and agree that any data submitted to the Service may be used, processed, stored, or deleted at any time.
4. No Liability for Data Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or corruption of data resulting from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any data you submit. The Service should not be relied upon for data storage, transmission, or processing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold SCIM.dev, its owners, developers, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms of Use.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zwolle, the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
