IdentityIQ 
SailPoint IdentityIQ is an on-premises solution for Identity Governance and Administration. This product supports the System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) protocol for both incoming and outgoing requests. Detailed instructions for setting up SCIM are available in the official documentation. The following steps provide a simplified guide for configuring SCIM in the SCIM Playground:
- Navigate to Applications > Application Definition.
- Click on Add New Application.
- This action will open the Edit Applicationpage, starting with theDetailspage.
- At the very least, fill in the NameandApplication Typefields. For theApplication Type, selectSCIM 2.0.
- Click on Configuration.
- In the Base URLfield, enterhttps://api.scim.dev/scim/v2/.
- For the Authentication Type, selectAPI Token. Then, in the corresponding field, enter your API token (for example,).
- Review all the entries to ensure they are correct.
- Click on Test Connectionto verify the connection to the SCIM 2.0 server.
- If the connection test is successful, click on Save.
Congratulations! You have now configured SCIM in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
IdentityNow 
IdentityNow, provided as a service by SailPoint, is an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution. It is not merely IdentityIQ in the cloud. Instead, IdentityNow is a completely reimagined and redesigned solution, built natively for the cloud.
Here are the steps to configure IdentityNow with the SCIM Playground as its source:
- Navigate to Connections > Sources.
- Click on Create New.
- Enter the connector's name in the search box to find it, then select Configure.
- Fill in the Source Name,Description, andSource Owner. For theConnection Type, chooseDirect Connection.
- Under Virtual Appliance Cluster, select the virtual appliance cluster that will serve as the application connector for the source.
- Click on Continue.
- Enter https://api.scim.dev/scim/v2/for theHost URL.
- Choose API Tokenfor theAuthentication Typeand inputas the token.
- Click on Save.
- Click on Review and Testand verify the accuracy of each field entry.
- Click on Test Connectionto execute the connection test.
